Hi all ! 

Poneuve loves this delightful residence, located in the historical region of Empordà, in Girona, Spain.  It inspire us thanks to the tranquility and the use of original traditional details and raw materials. Believe it or not, this house was initially built in the 14th century and still shows some of the details of its original architecture. This vintage interior will maybe inspire you if you have an holiday house.

We particularly like the bedroom, even though it reminds us of a solitary sleeping room sprung out of medieval times, but with a fresh touch. Notice the originality of the bedside table and headboard as well as the way they blend in with the rest of the decor. The walls of stone and mortar have been very well preserved. The unique living area outdoors was improvised and gives us the desire of a summer bbq with friends ans family.  Enjoy the pics and let your imagination be your inspiration !

WOOD

Het gebruik van hout in een interieur heeft veel troeven.  En als je datzelfde materiaal nog eens toepast in de accessoires van de ruimte, worden de visuele en tastbare karakteristieken nog eens versterkt.

Deze intrigerende en ecologische wanddecoratie is handgemaakt.  Elk stuk is dus verschillend van deze voorgesteld op de foto.
De afmetingen zijn ook logisch en dus handig om overal te gebruiken zoals in dit voorbeeld getoond wordt als wanddecoratie of waarom niet als afwerking van een kast ?

Een ander werk dat zeker in de kijker mag staan is het werk van de franse 'Artisan Designer', Olivier Dolle.  Hier een paar van zijn ontwerpen in hout vervaardigd met een zeer nauwkeurige afwerking...
